gotek's config for csgo

Default Directory changed! Put it into this directory now:

# CSGO:
Steam/userdata/<YOURUSERID>/730/local/cfg/
# CS2:
/Steam/steamapps/common/Counter-Strike Global Offensive/game/csgo/cfg/
